OBJECTIVES

Project Management is an activity undertaken by Project Management Establishment (PME) Division to create long-term value for the Organisation. The Division has structured its tasks for parallel functioning of Business Development & Project Management activities. It identifies global opportunities for R&D in project mode and also executes proper project management. Other primary activities include project agreements, memorandum of understanding with the industry and transfer of know-how to the industry.

The Division made a paradigm shift to gain competitive advantage in the market. This shift reflects a proactive approach to identify opportunities in the Govt. of India flagship programmes like Make in India, Skill India, Swasth Bharat, Namami Gange, Smart Cities/Smart Villages, Food & Agriculture, Strategic Sector etc. In the same pursuit the business development group identified new target markets and transferred the technologies.
