  • Vigyan Gaurav Samma- Vigyan Gaurav Samman for the year 2003-04 was awarded to Dr RP Bajpai by the Council of Science & Technology, Department of Science & Technology, and Govt. of U.P. The award included a cash amount of Rs. 1.00 lakh. A Shawl, a memento and a Samman Pattar. The award was conferred on Dr. Bajpai on 28th February, 2004 in Lucknow on the occasion of National Science Day for his outstanding contribution in Scientific Research, Publications & Technological Development at National level and hence achieving national & international acclaim
  • Dr. Myung Se Kim Award of "Excellence in Hyperthermic Oncology" for the year 2002 was conferred on Sh. RN Sengupta Scientist “F”, Medical Electronic Instrument Division for his singular contribution in the development of RF Hyperthermia and presentation of a research paper "Design of a Asymmetrical lntracavìtary Capacitive Applicator based RF Hyperthermia & Thermal Mapping". The award was presented in a conference on "Hyperthermic Oncology & Medicine", organised by Indian Assisiation of  Hyperthermic Oncology at Mumbai on April 5-6, 2003.

  • 'CSIR Technology Award in Engineering’ for Successful Development of Head Up Display for LCA – given by Hon’ble Prime Minister of India & President, CSIR Society on September 26, 2002

  • Gian Chand Jain Memorial Foundation Award of Excellence for Scientific Research in Instrumentation to CSIO for 1999.

  • ‘National Academy of Sciences, India Award 1998’ to Dr R.P.Bajpai, Director, CSIO for contribution in Instrumentation.

  • Dr. PS Gill, Director CSIO was nominated as Chairman of  "Development Council of Instrument Industry" set up by Government of India







 
  • Gandhian Young Technological Innovation (GYTI) Award 2016 to Mr. MANOJ KUMAR PATEL for his work entitled “Air-Assisted Electrostatic Sprayer” awarded under More from Less for Many (MLM), Hariom Ashram Dr. Amulya K. N. Ready GYTI category at the hands of  Dr. R A Mashelkar, FRS, Chairperson, National Innovation Foundation (NIF) - India, at Rastrapati Bhawan, New Delhi on March 13, 2016.
